FEMS 15-page readiness audit

Multika marketing squad graded the 15 main public pages on FEMS against two scorecards: content (clarity, buyer relevance, proof, trust, conversion) and visual (consistency, credibility, education fit, mobile risk, placeholder risk). Scored 1 (blocker) to 5 (launch ready).

Multika’s read, in plain English

Skip the scorecards if you want. Here’s the take.

8 ready to launch

No complaints. These don’t need work.

5 product pages (Student Journey, Teaching, Finance, HR, Campus Life), /product/app, /experience/try, /press/kit.

4 with small problems

  • Home / — new hero might not fit phones (375 / 414). Needs a phone test.
  • /pricing — quote form doesn’t say what happens after submit.
  • /contact — same. No “we’ll reply in 24 hours” reassurance on the form.
  • /about — warm team story, but no real customers, logos, or numbers. Schools want proof.

3 with big problems

  • /product/admin-control — the “AI Center” section says “Coming Soon” out loud. Blocked on the FEMS app team.
  • /experience/watch — fake video panel and placeholder screenshots. Looks unfinished next to the rest of the site.
  • /press — very thin. No real coverage, no school logos, no proof anyone uses FEMS.

Flagged across many pages — “Where’s the proof?”

The homepage says “5,000+ daily users” and “99% uptime.” Product pages claim things like “process payments in seconds.” Multika is asking: are these numbers real and verified? Schools won’t trust round numbers without backing. Your call (or sales’) — not a code fix.

Big problem

Very thin as a credibility page. No real coverage, no school logos, no proof anyone uses FEMS.

Needs review (3)

Admin Control

/product/admin-control
Needs review

AI Center section still says “Coming Soon” / “architecturally ready”. Reads as future-state on a public marketing page. Blocked until the FEMS app rebuild lands.

  • Blocked: waiting on FEMS app team to finish the underlying feature

About

Needs review

Warm founder story, but the trust path is light: no real customer logos, no operating-history evidence, no governance signal.

Minor polish (9)

Minor polish

New V2 hero looks great. Two things to watch: it might be cramped on phones, and the stats (5,000+ users, 99% uptime) need to be real.

Flagged

  • Mobile hero uses 100vh height + large H1 + overlapping web/app images. Needs a 375px and 414px test.
  • Homepage stats need source verification before launch

7-step flow on a narrow phone could feel tight. Final 375px check.

What needs to happen

Grouped by who does the work.

What’s fine

Most of the website. 8 pages launch-ready as-is.

Coding agent

  • Test homepage hero on phone, fix if cramped
  • Add “you’ll hear from us in 24 hours” copy to forms on /contact, /pricing, /experience/watch

Multika

  • Designer: real /experience/watch video + screenshots
  • Writer: /about copy with customer proof
  • Writer: reframe /press until real coverage arrives

You / sales

  • Verify “5,000+ daily users” and “99% uptime” — keep, change, or remove
  • Verify product capability claims (e.g. “payments in seconds”)

Blocked

AI Center on /product/admin-control — waiting on FEMS app team to finish the underlying feature.

What’s your call?

Three options. Pick one.

  1. A

Fix the small stuff now. Homepage mobile hero test + form “what happens next” copy. About 1 hour. No outside help needed.

  2. B

Send the bigger items back to Multika. I write the message asking the designer for /experience/watch assets and the writer for /about + /press copy.

  3. C

Both A and B at the same time.

FEMS
